Our rooms cater for each age group and are spacious, bright and fully equipped with a wide range of toys, books and activities to cater for your child's needs. Each individual child’s needs are met through our key person system and working in partnership with the parents/carers.
We have a large enclosed garden with play equipment and safety flooring for the children to enjoy supervised outdoor activity.
The safety of children is a high priority and we operate a range of procedures to ensure that access to our premises is restricted to staff and parents.
Baby/Toddler room 0-2 years
The Baby/Toddler room is spacious and comfortable, with separate sleeping, playing and changing areas creating a warm and caring environment for your baby. We like to treat each baby according to its individual needs, working with your input to find the most comfortable routine. A daily diary is kept to record nappy changes, sleeps, feeds and other significant information. The diary is given to you when you collect your baby, enabling you to keep a close eye on his or her development. This room has lots of lovely toys and equipment for the babies to enjoy. They are chosen for their value in stimulating skills and senses, which makes learning fun. This room can accommodate up to 12 babies with a staff ratio
of 1:3.
Nursery room 2-3 years
The nursery room is an airy and spacious room, activities in this room are based around the six areas of learning and development EYFS and all planning is structured around this. We use the framework the framework to plan activities for each child's individual learning and development, using the children's interests and making sure that they have fun
French and Tots In Sports are offered to this age group at an additional cost.
This room can accommodate up to 12 children with a staff ratio of 1:4.
Pre-school 3-5 years
Pre-school children continue to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Activities are matched to the age and ability of each individual child. Your child will benefit from the support and guidance offered by our highly experienced pre-school teacher. The children help to grow their own organic vegetables and are encouraged to care for a variety of plants/flowers in their own raised flower beds.
French and Tots In Sports are offered to this age group at an additional cost.
This classroom can accommodate up to 16 children with a staff ratio of 1:8.
